RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. GadAgency hopes you are happy with your purchase.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason,

you may return it to GadAgency for a full refund.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

All returns must be postmarked within ten (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and contact us.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by GadAgency.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, GadAgency will process your return.

Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Refunds may take 2-3 billing cycles to appear on your account statement, depending on your payment method.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items are not applicable for a refund:

Offer Products and Courses, Package Products and Courses.
